Our platform features include real-time market monitoring, automated order execution, anti-rug protection mechanisms, MEV resistance technology, multi-wallet management, and comprehensive analytics dashboards. The service operates continuously to identify and capitalize on trading opportunities as they emerge on the Solana network.

User Eligibility and Account Requirements

To use solanasniperbot.org, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. You must maintain a compatible Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare, or Backpack) and possess sufficient SOL tokens to execute trades and pay network transaction fees.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wallet credentials and private keys. solanasniperbot.org operates on a non-custodial basis, meaning we never hold, store, or have access to your private keys or funds. All trading activities are executed directly from your connected wallet under your complete control and authorization.

Trading Automation and Bot Usage

Our Pump.fun sniper bot and multi-DEX trading automation tools are provided as sophisticated software utilities to enhance your trading capabilities. You acknowledge that automated trading involves significant technical complexity and market risks. The bot executes trades based on parameters and strategies you configure, and you bear full responsibility for all trading outcomes.

You must configure your bot settings responsibly, including appropriate stop-loss limits, position sizing, and risk management parameters. While our platform includes anti-rug detection and honeypot scanning features, no automated system can eliminate all trading risks. You agree to monitor your bot's activities regularly and maintain adequate risk controls.

Subscription Plans and Payment Terms

solanasniperbot.org offers tiered subscription plans (Velocity, Thunder, and Quantum) with varying feature sets and trade limits. All subscription fees are denominated and payable in SOL tokens. Payments are processed on-chain and are non-refundable once confirmed on the Solana blockchain.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription tier at any time, with changes taking effect at the start of the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use solanasniperbot.org for any unlawful purposes or in violation of these terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: attempting to manipulate markets through coordinated pump-and-dump schemes, using the service to facilitate money laundering or terrorist financing, reverse engineering or attempting to extract our proprietary algorithms, operating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits, or engaging in activities that violate securities regulations in your jurisdiction.

Additionally, you must not use our infrastructure to conduct distributed denial-of-service attacks, spam blockchain networks, or engage in activities that could harm the Solana ecosystem or other users. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities without refund.

Intellectual Property Rights

All software, algorithms, user interfaces, documentation, and materials provided through solanasniperbot.org are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of solanasniperbot.org. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software solely for personal trading purposes.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
